Shriram Finance announced on Friday an 18.3% increase in profit after tax (PAT), reporting Rs 2,071.26 crores compared to Rs 1,750.84 crores in the same period the previous year. For the second quarter ended September 30, 2024, the company’s Net Interest Income (NII) rose by 16.37%, amounting to Rs 5,606.74 crores, up from Rs 4,818.18 crores in the corresponding period of the previous year.
The board of the company has approved an interim dividend of Rs 22 per share, with the record date set for November 7, 2024.
As of September 30, 2024, the Total Assets Under Management (AUM) increased by 20%, reaching Rs 2,43,042 crores, compared to Rs 2,02,641 crores on September 30, 2023, and Rs 2,33,444 crores as of June 30, 2024.
