KKR Buys Majority Stake in Healthcare Global for $400M (NYSE:KKR)

KKR has announced its intention to acquire a controlling stake in the Indian hospital operator HealthCare Global Enterprises for $400 million. The deal involves KKR acquiring up to a 54% stake in HealthCare Global from CVC Capital Partners at a price of INR 445 per share.
