Georgia infant’s decapitation during birth delivery deemed a homicide.

Date:

A child’s tragic death during delivery has been classified as a crime by a forensic medical examiner in the US state of Georgia. Jessica Ross and Treveon Taylor are suing a medical facility in Georgia because they were not told about the decapitation of their son immediately after birth. The family’s lawyer made the surprising statement that the child’s neck was broken by human activity, indicating violent force.

During a press conference in Atlanta, Mr. Taylor emphasized their desire for justice and highlighted the hospital’s deception. When Ms. Ross checked into the Southern Regional Medical Center in July, she was expecting a healthy child but was greeted with a horrifying scene. According to the family, Ms. Ross experienced complications during childbirth and was denied a caesarean section, which ultimately resulted in the baby’s death. The family’s lawyer, Mr. Edmond, offered additional distressing information at the press conference, stating that the baby’s head was severed during delivery.

This heartbreaking news story has drawn significant attention and sparked outrage, as the family is now seeking justice for the loss of their child. The hospital, meanwhile, has rejected all accusations, claiming that the infant died in the womb and was decapitated during the delivery process. The accused medical practitioner, Doctor Tracey St Julian is also under fire for neglecting to follow standard medical practices, causing the tragic death of the baby. The incident has been referred to the police by the Clayton County Medical Examiner’s Office.
