A 22-year-old woman, Lifei “Ada” Huang, went missing for a week after heading out for a hike on Mt. Baldy in the San Bernardino Mountains during a powerful storm. Despite the efforts of authorities to find her in treacherous conditions, she was not located until an individual flying a drone spotted her body in the upper San Antonio Creek Falls area. The search and rescue team members were unable to hike to her location due to the extreme mountain conditions, but they were eventually able to find her deceased with the help of Sheriff’s Air Rescue 360.
