As the summer travel season approaches, many Americans are preparing for their journeys, often utilizing AI to ease the planning process. Recently, JetBlue introduced an Airbus A320 with a special Dunkin’ Donuts-themed livery, unveiled in Boston, a pivotal location for JetBlue’s operations and close to Dunkin’s headquarters.
The aircraft, named “Brewing Altitude,” features an orange and pink color scheme with a playful donut and coffee motif on its tail. This design commemorates the longstanding partnership between JetBlue and Dunkin’. JetBlue’s president, Marty St. George, stated that Dunkin’ has been part of JetBlue’s journey for nearly two decades.
Dunkin’ coffee first became available on JetBlue flights in 2006, and five years later, Dunkin’ was established as JetBlue’s exclusive onboard coffee provider.
This latest creative livery is one of several JetBlue has introduced, including themes celebrating the Boston Bruins, the FDNY Foundation, veterans, and airline crew members. In March, JetBlue featured “Super Mario” characters as part of a partnership with Nintendo.
JetBlue’s fleet includes various Airbus models such as the A321 Long Range, A321neo, A220, and A320, along with Embraer E190s. The airline uses these unique liveries as a tribute to the collaborations, places, and people that define its identity.
