‘Sneak Peek: David Corenswet’s Superman Gets Beaten by His Dog’

Date:

DC Studios has unveiled a preview of Superman, showcasing the iconic character symbolizing truth, justice, and the American way, as he falls to the ground, visibly injured and seeking help. This depiction is considered fitting by some observers.

The film stars David Corenswet as Superman, who appears considerably less invincible in this new footage as compared to previous trailers. Fortunately, Superman’s loyal dog, Krypto, is close by and ready to drag him to safety after giving his owner a few playful nudges. It seems that regardless of their origin, an eager canine cannot resist happily bounding toward their human.

Directed by James Gunn, the movie also includes Nicholas Hoult in the role of Lex Luthor and Rachel Brosnahan as Lois Lane.

Superman is set to be released in theaters on July 11.
