Respawn investigates crashes as Apex Legends players cautioned on viewing stats

Date:

The latest update for Apex Legends has caused issues for players who are trying to view their stats. Respawn, the developer of the game, has acknowledged the problem and provided a solution. The update, which was supposed to address various gameplay and graphics issues, unintentionally resulted in crashes when players attempted to access their lifetime player stats. Respawn has disabled weapon mastery level ups to fix the crashing issue, but they are still working on a full fix for the stats pages. In the meantime, players are advised to avoid checking their stats to prevent game crashes.

Along with the stats page problem, Respawn is also investigating other reported issues, such as stuttering during gameplay scenarios at high FPS, rotating legends when exiting a Trident vehicle, and crashes related to loading into a map. These issues are being looked into, and players are urged to be patient while the developer works on solutions. The recent update also brought some positive changes, including a reduction in the Rev shell damage event challenge, fixes for graphics and performance on the Nintendo Switch, and a resolution for the battle pass upgrade problem. Overall, players are advised to avoid checking their stats and wait for further updates from Respawn.
