Samsung has announced the return of its FE series, which includes the Galaxy S23 FE smartphone, Galaxy Tab S9 FE tablet, and Galaxy Buds FE earbuds. The Galaxy S23 FE offers the typical features of a “value flagship” smartphone at a more reasonable price of $599, with a 6.4-inch 120Hz OLED display and IP68 water and dust resistance. The Galaxy Tab S9 FE has a 10.9-inch screen and the S9 FE Plus has a 12.4-inch display, both with LCD panels and 90Hz refresh rates. They come with an S Pen stylus and full IP68 ratings.
While the S23 FE and Tab S9 FE come in fun colors like mint, cream, graphite, and purple, the Galaxy Buds FE are only available in graphite and white. The earbuds offer up to six hours of playback with active noise cancellation and an IPX2 rating for water resistance. However, they do not support wireless charging. The S23 FE comes with 8GB of RAM and a previous-gen Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 chipset, while the tablets use an Exynos 1380 chipset. All devices will be available for purchase in October, with the S23 FE launching on October 26th and the other devices becoming available earlier in the month.
